Kimberly Arvelo

Kimberly Arvelo, Esq. is a founding partner of KA|SH Law Group, LLC.. She is also an Ohio native, wife, mother of two, and graduate of Wright State University with a dual political science and psychology degree.

Her drive to help others ordered her steps to continue her education, which led her to Texas Southern: Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. Thurgood Marshall School of Law instilled in each graduate that nothing will automatically be given; the labor of your work will generate the level of success obtained. Success is not always measured by financial attainment; it includes the lives you can touch, creating a meaningful and impactful difference. 

Her sole purpose in everything she does is to make things better for myself and those around her.

She is admitted to practice in the Georgia State Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, The Northern and Middle Districts of The Georgia Federal Court, MACBAG (Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Group and the Georgia State Bar-Bankruptcy and Real Estate Section.

Sylvia Hoard Cobb

Sylvia Hoard Cobb, Esq. is a founding partner of KA|SH Law Group, LLC., and a proud Atlanta native, who still calls the metro Atlanta area home. 

Known as a tenacious litigator who protects her client’s interests as though they were her own, Attorney Cobb has tried hundreds of cases and handled a large variety of civil matters. Clients know that Attorney Cobb is a very responsive attorney, keeps clients fully informed, and always gets back to them in a timely manner.

Prior to founding KA|SH Law Group, Attorney Cobb worked in plaintiff’s litigation (family/domestic law, personal injury, labor & employment), as well as insurance defense, where she defended individuals and corporations in civil matters including premises liability, automobile negligence, and trucking litigation.

Attorney Cobb possesses valuable experience in all phases of litigation - including mediation, arbitration, conducting discovery, examinations under oath, discovery review and assessment, oral arguments and representing clients in jury and bench trials. She has been successful as solo or lead counsel in trials leading to favorable verdicts and has obtained dismissals through motions practice in numerous cases.

Attorney Cobb earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University – New Orleans College of Law.  Attorney Cobb is licensed in the state of Georgia, as well as the District of Columbia. 

She is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts across Georgia, including to the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Attorney Cobb uses her legal training to garner positive results for her clients through skilled litigation, trial, and mediation practices.
